Residential Mortgage Requirements:

· Loan Request Form
· Copies of at least two forms of identification
· Certification of salary / income from employer or chartered accountant (this is important and probably easiest if you bring from the USA) You need your accountant to be able to certify the income that you are making and your bank statement proving the deposits.
· Copies of the last six bank statements from checking and savings accounts
· Copies of the last six credit card bills
· Copy of water, electricity or phone bills
· Copy of tax returns for the last three years
